Dr. Youyi Peng is a Senior Bioinformatics Specialist at Biomedical Informatics Shared Resource, Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. She received her Ph.D. degree from Pharmacology Department of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers University. Her primary interests are applications of cheminformatics and computer-aided drug design strategies to translational biomedical researches and drug discovery in unmet medical needs like cancer and pain. Currently, Dr. Peng is applying computer-aided drug design strategies to the researches and discovery of novel treatments for the Covid-19 disease.
